1 Einleitende und abschließende Sektionen

Dieses Kapitel behandelt Sektionen für einleitende Bemerkungen, die in der Regel in einem Befund „Bildgebende Diagnostik“ angegeben werden (Grußformeln, persönliche Anrede, etc.). Auch automatisch erzeugte Sektionen werden hier beschrieben.

1.1 DICOM Object Catalog

Diese Sektion ist rein technischer Natur. Sie enthält eine Liste aller in dem gegenständlichen Befund referenzierten DICOM Objekte und die sie enthaltenden Serien bzw. Studien. Sie enthält auch all jene Informationen, welche zum Zugriff auf die Objekte von Nöten sind.

Die exakte Definition der Verfügbarmachung von Bilddaten und der zugehörigen Uniform Resource Locators (URL) im Rahmen von ELGA ist noch durch die ELGA GmbH zu definieren. Die Arbeitsgruppe hat sich hier für eine eigene, technische Arbeitsgruppe ausgesprochen. Im angeführten Code-Beispiel sind zu Demonstrationszwecken allgemeingültige URL verwendet.

A Study Act contains the DICOM study information that defines the characteristics of a referenced medical study performed on a patient. A study is a collection of one or more series of medical images, presentation states, SR documents, overlays, and/or curves that are logically related for the purpose of diagnosing a patient. Each study is associated with exactly one patient. A study may include composite instances that are created by a single modality, multiple modalities, or by multiple devices of the same modality. The study information is modality-independent. Study Act clinical statements are only instantiated in the DICOM Object Catalog section; in other sections, the SOP Instance Observation is included directly.
